Welcome to IPTV Beam ("IPTV Beam", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iptvbeam.com website and the IPTV subscription service we provide (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.

1. What IPTV Beam is

IPTV Beam is an independent reseller. We provide access credentials (Xtream Codes username/password and an M3U playlist URL) that let you stream media through third-party servers operated by our upstream providers. We do not own, host, control, curate, or originate any of the channels, streams, or media made available through those servers, and channel line-ups can change or become unavailable at any time without notice.

2. Your responsibility for content and local law

The legality of streaming particular content varies by country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live and where you access it. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to resell, rebroadcast, or publicly perform any stream.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account email and your Xtream credentials confidential. Credentials are licensed to a single household and a limited number of simultaneous connections; sharing, reselling, or distributing them may result in suspension without refund.

4. Trials

A free trial (typically 24 hours, no card required) may be offered on request. Trials are one per person/household, are provided "as is", and may be withdrawn or limited at our discretion. Abuse of the trial system (multiple trials, automation) may result in denial of service.

5. Purchases, delivery and renewals

Plans are sold by duration. Payment is processed by our payment partners (Helio / MoonPay) and may be made by card or supported cryptocurrencies. After your payment confirms on-chain (usually within a minute), your credentials are delivered automatically to your account email. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated; you renew by purchasing again. Prices and plans may change, but changes do not affect a subscription you have already paid for.

6. Service availability

We target high uptime and use backup servers, but the Service depends on third-party infrastructure and the public internet. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, that any specific channel will be available, or any particular stream quality. Planned and unplanned interruptions may occur.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to access the Service by means other than the credentials we issue; (b) probe, scan, or circumvent any limit or security measure; (c) use bots or automation against our site or APIs; (d) resell or commercially exploit the Service; or (e) use the Service to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, or credential sharing, without refund.

8. Support

Support is provided primarily through our Telegram channel and AI assistant, generally 24/7, with human escalation for payments, disputes, and unresolved technical issues.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, IPTV Beam's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any third-party content or server outage.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold IPTV Beam harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date below reflects the current version, and material changes take effect when posted. We may modify or discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
