Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get help or a refund for an IPTV Beam subscription.
1. Try before you buy
Because the Service depends on third-party servers and device compatibility, we strongly encourage you to use the free 24-hour trial (available on request via our Telegram channel) before purchasing, so you can confirm the Service works on your network and devices.
2. Digital service — fix first
Subscriptions are digital and are delivered and usable almost immediately. If something is wrong, contact support first: most issues (login problems, a specific channel down, device setup) are resolved quickly, including by issuing replacement credentials or a backup server. Give us a fair chance to fix the problem before requesting a refund.
3. When you can request a refund
You may request a refund if all of the following apply:
- you contact us within 48 hours of purchase;
- the Service is materially not working for you (not merely a single channel, occasional buffering, or a change in third-party line-ups);
- you gave support a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue and it could not be resolved.
4. When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not provided for: change of mind after the Service is working; a specific channel/event being unavailable or removed by the upstream provider; problems caused by your internet connection, ISP throttling, VPN, or unsupported device; violations of the Terms (credential sharing, resale, fraud, chargeback abuse); or requests made after the 48-hour window or after significant use of a longer plan.
5. How refunds are handled
All refund requests are reviewed individually by a human. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through our payment partner. Card refunds typically take several business days; cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the original asset to the originating wallet and exclude network fees and exchange-rate movement. Once a refund is issued the related credentials are deactivated.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a card or crypto dispute — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to immediate suspension of the account and associated credentials.
