• Service data: the Xtream username/password, server URL and M3U URL issued to your subscription, your plan, billing period and subscription dates.
• Payment data: payment status, amount, currency and a processor reference. Card and crypto payments are handled by our payment partners (Helio / MoonPay) — we do not receive or store full card numbers or wallet private keys.
• Messaging data: if you contact us on Telegram, your Telegram chat ID and message content needed to support you; and logs of transactional emails we send (via our email provider, Resend).
• Technical data: basic request and language/locale information needed to operate and secure the site.

2. Why we use it

To create and deliver your subscription, send credentials and transactional emails, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, operate referrals, and comply with legal obligations. We process this data to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the Service.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors that make the Service work: our payment partners (Helio / MoonPay), our email provider (Resend), Telegram (if you message us), our upstream IPTV/server provider (to provision your line), and our hosting/database infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep account, subscription and payment records while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, accounting and anti-fraud purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data.
